2. Refunds for Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered! Simply let us know within 7 days of receiving the product, and we’ll refund your payment or send a replacement—your choice.
  • We might ask for a photo of the damaged item just to better understand the issue.

3. Refunds for Lost Packages

  • If your package gets lost in transit, don’t worry! Once we confirm that it’s missing, we’ll offer you a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
  • Give us a heads-up if you think your package is lost, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to confirm it before issuing your refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • We cannot offer refunds for orders that are delivered on time and in good condition, but if there’s any issue with your product, just let us know and we’ll always try to help.
  • Any shipping costs you paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the package is lost or damaged.
